This forum is the best thing that has happened for my own health. I just want to say dont get discouraged with constipation, cramps, die-off, sometimes feeling real bad - it's temporary and a stepping stone to feeling wonderful. You have to get that liquid in you, add some juice to your water to make it easier.
I would wait till your bowels start moving before increasing the P&B, taking each shake at different times of the day. Leave at least an hour either side before food or supplements.
