I guess that could be misleading. By the blood being neutral I was indicating that it should maintain a strict pH; not too acid not basic. 7.4 to be exact. The body does everything to maintain this level, it should not fluctuate at all. The rest of the body do not have strict ph level as does the blood. The alkalinizing proponents are NOT recommending pushing the blood more to the alkaline side.

They focus on the intra and extra cellular environment of the organs and tissues. I believe this does include the lymph but not sure.


Yes, the blood is slightly alkaline.
