feeling acidic

i can tell everyone what its like to "feel acidic."

maybe youre right in that its not actually feeling acididc but something else. maybe ive just heard of the alkaline / acidic thing and thats the label ive used, but if y'all could tell me what it really is, sucha s mineral/nutrient/flora deficiency id like to know

i have some kind of dysbiosis, so when i eat a diet that is poor for my condition, ie consuming any grains basically, or flour or sugar, and i dont balance it out with vegetables and whole foods the feeling of being "acidic" overcomes me.

what this means is, i get dehydrated, my lips peel and crack, my cuts heal very slowly, i have mucus and feel ill. i am constipated and bloated.

this happens sometimes, only for a little while until my diet is corrected, maybe its an overload of toxins or something.

it used to happen when i was eating wheat still and was highly allergic (celiac) (i dont eat gluten now)

when i was doing a fruit fast, all of my body fluids smelled like fruit, my complexion was mousturized and my cuts healed remarkably fast. i washed my cuts in alkaline stream water (from warm springs in canada) and they healed still.

maybe it is because of the proximity of my fruit fast and going back to eating whole foods with wheat that i think of this alkaline/acid thing...

but what is it then...my body not being able to assimilate nutrients? and the immune system breaking down?
