Thanks to all. Enjoyed the learning on this. I NEVER eat sucralose (Splenda). I got into a discussion wih a Splenda lover who claimed that Splenda was natural because it is made from sugar...a sugar alcohol but I didn't know enough about the chemistry of it or chemistry in general to discuss it. Now I do. These sites and explanations are helpful.
