 Let's not forget the amazing benefits of dental health with Xylitol.

They did a study of school-age children in England. They found that Xylitol lowered dental carries by a huge percentage. That study is easily googlable.....

I use Xylitol toothpaste.

I think that between the oil pulling, silica, and this toothpaste, my teeth have never been better.

Yes, xylitol is antibacterial. So it helps to kill the bacteria that leads to tooth decay and peridontal disease. And chewing gum helps promote saliva that helps wash away the bacteria and the acids they form.

Stevia based gums have the same property for those sensitive to xylitol.
