Lol, he's dragging up old posts again, I seem to remember you having already addressed this nonsense a while back Hv. I guess some wont remember or haven't seen your previous post, so thank you for posting again.

I have problems with over production of insulin, I use xylitol as well as stevia, both fit well into a low GI diet. I have never suffered any problems from xylitol, but then I just use it for a sweetener in hot drinks, I don't eat kilos at a time. I also use it in cooking , and again not myself or my family have ever had any ill effects. My grandchildren use a xylitol based toothpaste, (fluoride free), and both have perfect teeth, like their mother and grandmother, all of whom consume xylitol.
