That's very interesting. I was prepping too. And--I ate very similarily to you the day of my flush: non fat shredded wheat with blackberries, and vegetable orzo for lunch. I guess I'll have to find other ways to take care of my liver. Strangely, I do feel cleansed today, but I could get the same feeling without a night of vomiting..Carry on bravely-Sappho
