Sounds to me like you didn’t prep properly, I spend the week before drinking as much un concentrated apple juice as humanly possible and on the day have porridge for breakfast and some rice for lunch, that’s it then till my first ES at 6.00. I have followed this to the nose every time and I have been fine, I have done 4 flushes to date with exceptional results.

Don’t give up because one bad experience, just spend more time reading peoples past experiences on CZ its a must. Surely trying the flush a few times is far better than havinf your organs hacked out of your body.
