I only entered the thread because I saw that someone was taking Aspartame. I know how deadly that is and was trying to steer people away from it fasting or not. Of course, I agree with your post and believe in water only fasting and breaking it correctly with proper eating in between. I did not mean to cause problems. I would have never posted if I'd known it would come to this. I realize now my post did no good. I should have known as this is the way it is in my life outside of the Internet as well. Those who want to take it will continue to defend it until they either someday die from it or wake up before it is too late. The people who received the post are already aware of its dangers and would not dream of taking it. I am just very sorry I spoke up. It just caused problems.
