Yes all those ingredients are listed on the container. They are easy to read right there in front of me.

What exactly is your input? I said that I fasted which can be a practice of abstaining from food. That is what I have done.

The focus of this post is to help others who are struggling understand it doesn't have to be perfect to gain success.
