You can do enemas. :-)

Think upon these things:

Find a friend/relative who will help you do them. Or talk to somebody at a health food store, or a midwife, or a colonics therapist.

Go get a series of colonics done instead. They can figure it out.

Do them on your bed. If you can get into bed and out of bed by yourself, you can rig up an enema bucket system with a coat hanger or something. That way it's easier to pad over to the bathroom to expel. You don't have the extra effort to get off the bathroom floor or out of the bathtub. If you don't think you can make it to the bathroom fast enough, rearrange your bedroom furniture so the bed is close to the bathroom door. If you can't move the furniture, ask the handsome and ripped college guy who washes his car with his shirt off to help you. lol Bake him and his buddies some cookies. Put a Chux pad down on the bed and maybe a black garbage bag down under that to protect your bedding from any splashes that may occur.

Do them in your bathtub, if you can get out of a tub easily enough. That way, if you have an oopsie, you are right there in the tub and you can shower yourself off and clean the bathtub right then.

Enemas are an integral part of the IP. Believe me, everything on that "to do list" has alternate ways to get 'er done. :-)
