Loosie: let me ask you something. The one thing I notice about my fast is number one I became suicidal and number two I went into a starvation mode and I craved everything in site.

I have gotten over the suicidal wish and read where others were the same way but I am still in this starvation mode with all the cravings.

Do you have any thoughts on this?
