Re: Starvation mode

Chris, well of course I was not starving but I use the term which many have used before that my body thinks I am starving so my fat cells go into overdrive.

Now I have felt afterwards that I had tons of cravings. Now does the waterfast cause me to have extreme cravings, which I did not have prior to fasting. I had not desire for sweets, breads and carbs. This is what I am asking.

Suicide tendencies I wrote to you about as you know. Those have subsided and I am mean as a horse again. This good be a good or a bad thing. Depression well that is a given.

I was reading on the forum about someone who was suicidal. But for me this is never a possibility as a Muslim this is against my entire belief system. Thank God I am better there.

So question, do I need to fast again. AFter two failed fast. Are there too many toxins in my body now because I fasted and stopped. Or am I just too stubborn as a Mule to succeed in this fasting gig? Seriously, I am asking.

SARA
