Thx for the encouragement and the wonderful tips! I'm warming up beanies in the microwave and carrying them around. I found a pair of skin-color stretchy gloves to wear around. I'm a total freak!
The only time I feel warm is the nighty bath I take before bed. I put lavender and magnesium oil in the bath, they help me to relax. I totally agree, going to bed cold is a definite no-no!
