Maybe some yoga or cardio work outs?
but also u need to wear sweats and keep warm so that the contrast of heat and the cold air outside of your skin won't collide because the body is trying to maintain homeostasis and its doubly hard when you are on a fast and trying to equillibriate body temp. good luck. you are doing great!
