I'm sorry to hear that you didn't find the answers to your questions in the forum, and that you are not recieving good service.

My experience has been entirely different - I have only had great service in the past. RG must be swamped or involved with something important, he's usually very prompt, courteous and helpful.

Did you try to get answers to your questions from some of the experienced people on this forum?

Maybe you could phone the business.
