Re: What happened to Humaworm? sooo disappointed.. :(

well.. in my case.. I did search the forum... and while there were a couple of other questions asked similar to mine, I was not at all satisfied that I had found answers I needed. And, I wasn't asking stupid questions.. I was asking questions directly related to my humaworm/humacleanse experience, which caused me great distress...And I needed answers before I felt comfortable with continuing on with my healing experiences. And, I feel, that with any consumer product, When things go wrong, someone should be available to answer questions... don't you agree?

I spent DAYS pouring over this website, reading it from top to bottom, and read the entire Humaworm website prior to making my decision to purchase his products. And I bought his products because I was convinced that 1. it was a good quality, fresh product, and 2. there was going to be someone there to help me if I had problems. I'm not insulting the quality of the product. As I've said before.. I do believe he has good products. I am speaking directly about my great disappointment that "no one was there for me" from his company to help me with my issues... and I believe that I have valid concern, and I put it out to the forum here, so that other folks, like me, will know what to expect... 1. good product. 2. poor customer service.
