It was a long e-mail with a lot of questions. I received and very good answer to my questions. i also recieved another e-mail with instructions on how & when to make my Humaworm products. There product is EXCELLENT and I was very impressed with Jade's knowledge and helpfulness. Try calling them or e-mailing Jade directly I am sure you will recieve a response in a day or two. It only took 2 days for em to get a response.
