my guess is that the D3 through a clean, high quality diet and outdoor living would be enough.

Vitamin C; I have no idea what a sailor's lime or lime juice ration was, however a lime has about 1/2 RDA... a lemon is about RDA...

I had 4.5, organic, high brix, home grown lemons today and was in the sun for over 8 hours.

Which brings me back to - how much do we really need? And why are we not protesting the poor food quality?
