Probitics, prebiotics and gentian violet for candida (EDIT)

Normally, that much silver should have been effective long ago.  Sounds like you need more than just the silver.  What else have you been doing?  Oil of wild mountain oregano, copius coconut oil, benonite clay?  Iodine? A candida-diet type diet?  Are you incorporating regular cleansing?  And making sure that you are not deficient in any vitamin, mineral, trace mineral, amino acid, etc.?

A very real possibility is that the prolonged use of that much colloidal silver is wiping out your bacteria, both good and bad, and resulting in a continuous repopulation by the candida since it multiplies much more rapidly than does much of the good bacteria.  I would suggest increasing your pro-biotics and also taking the often overlooked prebiotics to help the probiotics better survive the stomach acids.  You might also wish to take a look at encapsulated probiotics in order to achieve better efficiency.

If it were me, I think I would go for a couple of weeks of the higher dose silver, and take both prebiotics and probiotics in large amounts apart from the silver and then discontinue the silver for a couple of weeks and continue with the heavy probiotics and prebiotics.

If that does not work, one other thing you might want to take a look at is gentian violet.  See:
