Well I sure am flattered, but you're probably giving me too much credit. I just enjoy visiting this forum and through these forums I've been able to help myself so I think it's fair to return the favor. It's nice to be able to help a person if you have the knowledge to help them. There are so many things I don't know a thing about, but ex-ana's situation was like a deja-vu to me. So if I can help her prevent going down the same path as I did, that would be great.

I'm certainly going to look into your blog. I myself have recently become interested in the subject, so it will certainly be interesting to discuss! So expect me to drop by soon.

I agree with growing your own food. If my garden wasn't as tiny as it is, I'd do it myself. Now I have a deal with a local who grows his own vegetables and fruits. I pay him a fee and in return he gives me an amount of whatever vegetables/fruit he has been growing in this season. It's the most organic you can get. Also, it forces me to eat more veg because even if I don't feel like eating healthy, those veggies will be delivered to my doorstep anyway!

And ex-ana, I hope you're doing well. (I replied to your post btw. Not that I expect you to be plastered against the computer screen like I am everyday, haha)
