My opinion - I think u shouldn't fast. No diets in this case! I do not believe in diets coz the main idea of all of them is to restrict proper amount of calories. And then, as soon as this period of 'starvation' is over most people pig out on everything within their sight and gain all pounds they lost back. In ur case, when ppl didn't eat for quite a some time and then kind of 'wake up' and try to be 'normal', they just go to extreems. And then another extreem comes - losing weight as soon as bossible.. It is like dancing in circus.

A few months back, I remember, I was doing my best to help as many girls as possible to with their ana/mia thing. I got as positive replies as the negative ones. I was and kind of is mia myself. But I DO try now to recover. And I will... Anyway, I will send a copy of that email (I still have it) so that not just u but also some other ana girls can think about it a bit more. Girls, life is a BEAUTIFUL thing! If any of u (ana/mia) want just to talk and pour ur hearts out even if just to feel better - I am green_eyed_nadia in yahoo messenger. :)

Ps: By the way, my height is 5'10 (177) and my ideal weight is between 154 and 158 (70-72 kg). May be I have heavy bones - I do not know, but I look like a stick if I am less than 154. In ur case I do not think u should be less than 136-143 pounds (62-65(!) kg). x
