Re: Good posts! / Plant based diet - yr opinion Maverick?

Maverick, I think some of your posts are fantastic. I am not sure if you are a genius or an angel in disguise, and I admire you for sorting out your problem then helping others, that's just sooo good!

I'd be interested in what you think of a plant based diet. I have been looking into this a lot lately, and I have come to the conclusion that to do otherwise is bad for us. I have listed all what I have looked at in my blog, so I won't repeat it here, and maybe we should discuss on nutrition forum anyway, or by email, not in fasting.

And I agree that some organic stuff is rubbish, even to the intend that I intend to start my own organic garden and have just bought the seeds and soil testing equipment. Digging saves on gym fees to, and gives you vitamin D from the Sun. It's my planet, and I want to know how to grow food on it!

And very best wished to ex-ana, by the way I lost a lot using fasting, but I did put it back on and when I looked back I found that I was actually losing weight by a change of diet to a more healthy one //www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1354536#i
- I spoke about it here. But Maverick seems to know what she is talking about more than I.

Steve
