this was not a personality issue or even a like or dislike situation.
You are probably a very nice chap, but errors are errors and they just need to be corrected for someone who is either misinformed, or ignorant of the subject to which they are referring.
That is the sum total of my replies to your posts.

BTW: it is often newcomers who fast the longest..........mouseclick being a prime example........and where I was also a newcomer to the fast in the cure of Leukemia.
The essential thing here, is that before any newcomer undergoes a fast of great length, ideally they should be well-informed of their subject, which is not being irresponsible, but an actual responsible approach to what is after all, a very safe and beneficial process.
