What do you consider long term, and do you have the same opinion about shorter term fasts or do you believe they are worthwhile for their cleansing and purifying value?
I believe Water Fasting has astonishing value in that it enables a person to get a fresh start with new and wonderful habits, not to mention an incredibly cleaner system.
For long term weight loss, i agree that sensible diet and exercise is the answer. But i also believe that a Water Fast can do an amazing job in putting that into motion.
