how will tea affect my water fast?

I am on day 8 of my water fast, and all i can think about is food my every other thought, will this go away? but wat i was really wondering is because i have a large family and all day everyday i see food and smell it cooking i get very grumpy, like anything anyone says i snap at them, i hate feeling like this so i decided to when i start feeling like this drink hot tea with honey only once a day at most, other than that its just water water water, how bad will this affect my weight loss? it really calms me down and gets rid of my craving, i would rather do that then snap at ppl i care about. please could someone tell me how bad this is affecting my fast im going for 30 to 40 days. thank u so much in advance Tweet
