I did mention to check with a doctor what he/she says about the length of fasting as I obviously have no idea of the person’s size and condition.
That is not to say that one follows the doctor’s recommendation exactly.
I don’t personally believe that medical doctors are always right, nor I believe that information on this forum is always correct.
Therefore I am willing to listen (and read) several sources of info before I am ready to make my decision concerning my health.
You will find that I will not recommend anyone else to “jump in the wagon” and start some radical treatment without checking what possible negative consequences it may have.
It is well known that many people especially young, can have long fasts without noticeable negative side effect, but in certain situation the health can go from bad to worse by doing so.
They are the people I am concerned about!
One can run a marathon, but it can also kill you, if you don’t know the facts!
