Re: What about mold???
Last year I was worred about the bills and was trying to use as little electric as possible so I kept the heating off or low most of the time and wrapped up warm. My home ended up covered in mould and I decided that I'd rather pay the extra money and have the heating on this year. Now I can't see any of it.
As you said though it can sometimes be invisible so some might still be here but unless we live in bubbles I suppose we have to put up with that.
I've been concentrating on strengthening my immune system with herbs and am noticing a small difference. Our bodies need to be able to deal with mould, candida, mercury,
parasites etc.
I was dealing with those things individually for a long time but now I'm tackling me and my overall health. I even brought fruit back into my diet, lots of it!
A Master Herbalist told me that if we eat fruit half an hour before or 4 hours after a meal we're digesting it all and getting the benefits. Candida only really gets a look in if we eat it with other food in our stomachs, especially carbs because it makes the fruit ferment.
I know that with strengthening my immune system and getting plenty of nourishment I'll eventually get well and I seem to be able to cope a little better already with daily tasks. That must be because I'm slowly getting stronger.
