Re: How bad are peoples symptoms?
I'm hypoglycemic but I doubt you are if your only symptom is that you get cranky without sugar! (Sugar's addictive so that's probably the reason.) Hypoglycemic episodes are a lot worse than that, you feel physically terrible, if it gets bad you sweat, shake, yesterday my vision went blurred and you feel generally extremely anxious and ill at ease until you eat protein, carbs or something. I never eat sugar! Protein's the best thing to fix being hypo. Yesterday I was out on my motorbike and forgot to eat before I went out. I went hypo so I got to a supermarket and bought a tin of fish in brine (not tuna) and I was fine.
I hope this helps. We never need to eat
Sugar even with hypoglycemia (haven't had it for getting on for a year).
Made a mistake; I will have to eat
Sugar when I get my
Amalgams out but that's only because I have to fast beforehand for five hours and the removal takes three so I'll be having glucose but that'll be a one off. For me the something else you were talking about is mercury poisoning from
Amalgams (fillings).
I was taking nystatin and my naturopath told me to stop because it causes candida to mutate and it'll be harder to get rid of in the long run. The doctors don't know what it does.
