Sure, Rawfasting.
I plan on doing a light soup at first- day one, day two and three I will eat a grilled chicken salad and fruits only the size of a saucer plate I will eat out of. (I do have all my saucer plates ready lol!) I will eat very slow and I take my multivitamin supplements and others.
By day four I want to eat more normal but in small portions. Such as low fat, low calorie and low carb (low gyclemic style too).
I want more lean muscle, so I will increase my excersize definately. But only work out 3-4 times a week for 35 mintues or so.
These are some of my plans. I will keep ya posted- no problem.
I want to do a Daniel fast from the Bible which contains only vegatables and fruit and water - it's for 21 days.
Around April! People lost so much weight and got off of medications using this one with Good meditation with God our creator.
