Yes, that is nice to hear. I have 3 girls too out of my 5 children. The 11 days is a good start. This will get your body prepared for the bigger fasts. You can also start out with a variety of healthy drinks you like and then go all water if you can after while to get that full pure detoxing effect.
But you can do it, if you fall, pick up where you left off and keep going until you make it, that's what happened to me with the 2nd 30 day fast, but I can CARELESS to speak of the times I said I couldn't go on longer and when I ate something that day I wasn't suppose to. If I do I will always be stuck fat and miserable, If I mess up a little I don't dwell on my mistake, I keep it moving, until I hit my mark! That how I made it through all those past fasts I did!
So go ahead go your 3 days, and when and if you eat something, eat it and guess what keep going to day 4 and 5 and 6 and so on. You are just preparing your body for the real deal. So you will be adjusting your goal dates until you really get with it and fast straight through. I did that too. I constantly had to keep adjusting the days of when my fast would end, and because I was determined to make it , I did. "No matter what".

You can get your body slim definately before your boy or girl comes, and best of all you can learn pregnant excersizes and healthy good things to eat during your pregnancy to keep you thin during your pregnancy and you can snap back to your new figurwe much easily after you have your baby>>" Just like the Celebrities so to speak".
