Yeah I here ya! I'm so happy you decided to do 40 days!!!! Yup it seems like ever since I lost 11 1/2 pounds, I don't want to get back on that scale again either. Yup, just got off my monthly and the bloating is gone, so I
feel even lighter! I am just enjoying seeing my inches lost and my inner thighs are not rubbing together so closely and hard. I am excited when I grab the sides of my waist (where I had three fatty roles), I have one fatty role now and I pinch less and less fat on my waist as the days go by. Let me tell you I'm losing faster now than in the begining, I asked God for the extra strength to carry out the rest of my fast on water alone and light excersising to tone up as the fat is disappearing. So in three days I believe I dropped 2 sizes. It shocked me and my face cleared up nicely. So my body is detoxifying better on just water alone.

So I know I'm going to get into my size 4 jeans by the time this is over!!! And I would like to fit into a size 3 too, so I'll say a 3/4 in ladies.
I really miss feeling lighter and not having to wear girdles and suck my stomach in all the time and the part I really hate is pulling down my shirts that would creep up or slide up when I sit down, and I always would have to keep putting- pulling my shirts down. That nightmare is soon to be over again. Oh the getting out of breath thing to when I run after my kids, etc.

I feel a big change already!
