Obviously you've had better doctors than mine. Mine just told me to keep taking it. After 3 mths, I finally realized she is all BS. I also took L-glutamine as recommended by the same doc. She praises it highly and even bragged about how it would instantly fixes her heart-burn. Gee, it's the aloe and the licorie in the supp, not the glutamine itself. I'm very skeptical when it comes to glutamine supplements. I think Coffee enema, Vitamin C and Milk Thistle are the safest bets to raise glutathione level for now.
