Re: Leaky Gut and Hypothyroid: Which Probiotics and Digestive Enzymes?

I have not tried the probiotic enema. I have low thyroid as well. I have tried eating the right foods and like you I just become "sensitive" to those foods on the next test. I just did a hair test for metals and accumulation of metals may be part of why I'm not getting better, don't have enough information on that yet. I barely heat/cook my food like veggies but I found that the fiber was causing gas every day and I was very bloated. When I cut back it decreased by about 90%. I just figured that out recently. I did try Kefir last week to see if I can tolerate that to try to get some probiotics in. It was goat milk versus cow but not sure if it will be ok or not. If your food test is immediate reactions I hear NAET can help, but mine were delayed IgG tests which I have now learned are questionable for being accurate.
