Re: Leaky Gut and Hypothyroid: Which Probiotics and Digestive Enzymes?

I agree. It doesn't mean it's okay just because it didn't show up on IgG. I just use it as a very general guide and avoid the ones that show up consistently.

Wow! How did your friend get them to test the same blood twice?

Detox too fast. I hear you. I need to start with bowel cleansing first. And, that's another reason why I'm looking into probiotics because I heard you need to replenish the flora after cleansing. I also try to fix my hypo at the same time because I belive it's causing the sluggish bowel and slow healing.

I suppose Vit. C is a low risk, no brainer for anyone. How much do you take? I'm on 3g Sodium Ascorbate today. Still working my way up to find my bowel tolerance.

What kind of detox have you done? I heard Oxypowder is good bowel cleanser.

I also went from 102lb to 93lb. Which probiotics were you on and for how long? Is weight loss the only problem? Sorry for so many questions. It's just so hard to believe that probiotics (the next millenium drug) can cause so many problems.

-thx in advance.
