Re: Leaky Gut and Hypothyroid: Which Probiotics and Digestive Enzymes?

IgG test - one thing is you are supposed to stay away from the foods for maybe 6 months then retest, but my ALCAT test says a result may show a false negative (meaning ok to eat) if you have not had the food in a while. So it may not be ok even though test says ok. I also know someone how had their blood tested twice (same blood) and the results did not match at all.

I have one bm per day only. My phase 1 detoxification is too fast for phase 2 so I get a build up and toxins recirculate. So I am more sluggish unless I take a lot of Vit C.

I do have to rely on supplements when not eating much veggies. I've been eating asparagus ok lately and squash if organic.

Kefir info - http://www.redwoodhill.com/kefir_nutri.html

My cal and mag on the hair tets were lower and blood shows ok.

Just pay attention with the probiotics. I never would have imagined that is what caused me to go from 118-90 lbs.
