Mine is also delayed IgG. Why is it inaccurate?
When you cut back on veggies, do you rely on supplements and fruits? I'm 80% raw food vegetarians, so it's hard for me to cut back.
Where can you get goat kefir from? Anyways, I try to stay away from any diary for now.
How is your bowel movement? Are you the dry, sluggish type or the wet, over-reactive type. I'm the former one, so I thought probiotics would help.
I also did a hair mineral test which indicates high Ca, Mg and low sodium and potassium. Yet, my blood panel indicates that I'm very low in Ca. One theory is that the body cannot absorb the Ca and dump it to the hair. You might want to check out another post of mine...
