Leaky Gut and Hypothyroid: Which Probiotics and Digestive Enzymes?

I have Leaky Gut Syndrome as well as hypothyroid. I did the Immuno food allergy tests twice. There're a few foods that I'm chronically allergic to such as diary, yeast (due to candida or yeast overgrown?) and iron-rich food like spinach and kidney beans. The rest of the offending foods are basically whatever I ate prior to the test - a good indication of my leaky guy. As for hypothyroid, I have all the classic symptoms except that I'm underweight. I think that's because of my leaky gut causing malabsorption and thus I can't seem to gain weight. Just wonder if anyones else have the same ailments and what kind of probiotics and digestive enzymes you've tried....

For probiotics, I've tried Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics 12Plus. It didn't do much other than making my stool slimmy and also seems to cause heavy menstruation. I've also tried Good Belly which has B1 and B3, they keep me up all night. Some other member seems to have success with LB17. Anybody else?

As for digestive enzymes, I'm mostly raw food vegetarian. I use V-gest for salads. When I do occasionally include meat, I'd use Digestzymes. I still get gassy although much better than before. I probably have to up the dosage a bit.

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
