I don't necessarily sweeten anything,most of the Sugar I ingest is from fruit juice or cookies/cakes. However I do have stevia onhand and sometimes I'll take some honey also.
As for Sugar cravings...if the candida program isn't doing it perhaps you should address in through other things. Firstly Chromium is supposed to be a nutrient that curbs cravings,though I haven't taken it in large doses outside of the high blood Sugar combo I have. Something that worked for me once was taking liquid Gymnema Sylvestre. Noni worked also at one time but perhaps that was addressing more of the fungal issue.
