Haven't tried the colonic,I heard colon cleansing programs work just as well. I do the Ultimate Cleanse supplement bu Nature's Secret,seems to work ok for what it's designed for although not sure if it's the best for odor. I also have a candida cleanse program by Renew Life I think it's called.

I do chlorophyll but I don't think I've done wheat grass yet. Btw is it called fecal Body Odor b/c I don't think it smells like feces...it's mostly acid smelling.

I don't usually eat sauerkraut or kefir but I do admit I do a bit of dairy.
