As far as the liver cleansing,I do alot of intestinal cleansing but not as much organ cleansing. I've done some of that and it doesn't seem to be as effective as I expected. One of the things that does seem to take things down a bit is the intestinal cleanser...if only I could just eat better afterwards and not put toxins back in! I'm currently working on things to reduce cravings for bad foods.
