Yes i do feel constipated all the time and i will deffenitly research more from ur msg tonight.But I am glad that you exsperience so much relife from gse and other prod. evan if its for a couple of days at the time, you are on the right track to the real cure.I have been doing the sinuse wash standing now and i can do one side but the other no way.So my thought is maybe , because i tilted my head down the first time i did some damige, and am thinking of buying the irigation machine as well, am still researching for the good one
