Sounds as though your body has taken a bit of a battering but no more than we've all done to ourselves when we were young!! Glad to hear you have stopped taking steroids - they may have the affect of making the body look good on the outside but they totally destroy the inside, both physically and mentally.

I have been told by massage therapists that after a head or body massage the body can experience mild to moderate flu-like symptoms while it rids itself of toxins. Maybe the P&B shake you are taking is starting to work if you are experiencing these symptoms. Apparently drinking lots of water during a cleanse speeds up the toxin elimination process.

You deserve a medal for being able to hold down a customer facing job with a bad breath problem. I wouldn't have the inner strength to do that. Like you I'm very good at spotting the reactions; covering the nose, coughing, standing back etc. On my way to a meeting once I ate gum hoping to disguise the odour but that was when I discovered that gum actually makes the problem worse. People at the meeting were scrambling over themselves to get away from me, lol. My theory is the action of the jaw and continuous chewing dislodges the already smelling mucos from the nasal passages into the mouth where it is breathed out.

I spent day searching for Grapefruit-Seed-Extract and couldn't find it anywhere. I live in the middle east where many of these items have yet to hit the shelves. So I've had to order it online.
