Re: any O type vegetarians?

I have been Vegetarian for 17 years also, and vegan for 9 years. I have been having some pretty serious health concerns. And like Dujour, had started cutting foods out, I had cut out sugar, caffeine, wheat and soy. I went to the Naturopathic Doctor and she told me that my body was starving for meat protein I ate so much wheat and soy that I developed an allergy to them because they weren't good foods for me anyway, I thought I might have celiac disease, started having thyroid and adrenal issues. Anyway, She told me I would continue to have health problems until I got the right kind of protein in my body. Normally I would have searched for a "vegan" opinion, If it hadn't been for the fact that I am sick and getting sicker I would not have listened to her at all. I am at this place where I am supposed to start putting meat into my diet, but I am so disgusted by it. I almost have a phobia of meat and dairy products, I think with time I will be able to eat fish and who knows I am not there yet. I bought a protein powder that has hemp powder, pea and rice protein anyway it has 22 grams of protein per shake. I tried to introduce whey protein powder and got pretty sick. here are the supplements I am taking and they are helping so much! I feel like my brain hasn't been functioning properly for years, and immediately after taking the Amino's I felt so much better. I started taking Amino Acids, pancreatic enzymes, calcium a regular non-veg multi-vitamin /mineral, green vibrance, adrenal support formula, thyroid support formula. I like to run but have been feeling so much pain afterwards in my hips and knees the supplements are helping. I have a mental block about meat I know that I need it, I wish that I didn't because I have never really liked it.
