Re: any O type vegetarians?

Hello, I was a vegetarian for 17yrs! I know it seems odd to start eating meat after such a long time. I'm 33 and became vegetarian when I was in high school. But anyway I too was shocked to find out that I was supposed to be a hearty meat eater. It defied so many things for me. However I was a physical and emotional wreck too! I developed stomach problems 10 yrs ago and couldn't figure out what the deal was. I had my gall bladder removed to no avail and was scoped and the whole bit. A gastroenterologist labeled me with IBS or in other words he had no idea what was wrong. I decided to elliminate different foods and see what happened. So out went wheat, dairy, sugar, fried things and last soy. It was the damn soy!! When I went off of it all my stomach problems went away. So it turns out it was allergy to soy and because quality protein is needed for your intestines to work properly I decided to give meat a try and now I feel really good. I can't even eat a single piece of say veggie sausage without serious pain. Anyway I say listen to you body, bless your food and all will be well. Hope this was helpful.
p.s. I have a funny meat story if you want to hear it.
