I have been Veg for 9 years, was Vegan for 4 of those years.
Last year it was suggested that I add some protein (i.e. meat) back into my diet based on my blood type. I tried buffalo, ostrich, and salmon. I was ok eating it, didn’t get sick or anything. However, I had a hard time eating it based on my mental and spiritual well-being. I also had a hard time with the smell.
I have been trying to incorporate the Blood-O type diet but with the exception of no animal product.
So far I am very healthy and happy. I have lots of energy.
I do have one hang up. I love Chai (which is a black tea). Tis one of my weaknesses!
