This is the first that I've heard of any of this. I've been a vegetarian for 4 years and a vegan for almost a year. I can't digest meat/poultry/seafood products at all. I got tired of getting ill from trying and just gave it all up. I gave up dairy and eggs this year. I feel 1000% better now than I did when I was eating meat. Doing cleanses helped with that and eating a balanced vegan diet has helped greatly!
