i am type o and i do best when i eat some animal protein. try supplementing some dessicated liver a little at a time and see what level you need. the diet that has helped me the most is fresh and raw as possible. i eat all organic. and i follow the Otype avoids, except for potatoes. im irish, for gods sake! i crave nuts and fruits the most. i love chocolate but it interferes with calcium uptake.
most people have a hard time on strict vegan. i think everyone should eat yogurt. stay away from soy and canola!
