Hi, I am an O veggie (almost vegan), and I crave protien all of the time. I supplement with rice protien powder and I have been having some success with this, but I have very low iron levels, so I have been supplementing with liquid iron and I have been feeling better....
Tell me more about soy if you can..... I have been trying to really narrow down what upsets my tummy, and I have been wondering lately if it is soy milk, but sometimes it is ok, and sometimes not.
Also does anyone have any problems with hemp protien and flax?
