I'm glad you did what you did also in regards to the previous poster where safety was involved. I didn't really care whether or not that person's post was like a blog, except for the fact that the posts were one-sided since the person didn't want to hear any advice.
I have seen many people write blog-like posts, but it wasn't until the recent event that people started getting criticized for doing so. I, for one, enjoy the posts that are more personal, because I learn more about the individual and why they are fasting. In the situation below, I found all of it to be relevant to that person's fast, especially since her circumstances were the reason she was even on the fast. It's not like she posts every day about everything in her life, she was actually several days into the fast before she even posted about it.
I've seen people ask others about details in their personal life and no one finds a problem with it. This person was basically giving an update on what has happened in her life, and it puts her fast into a whole new perspective than if she just came on and talked about her symptoms. I was inspired by her posts, and will miss reading them.
